Xbox 360 games

So i need some help. I was wondering if you guys could help me think of one more game to get. It can be $60 or less, but make sure it's epic.

I'm already thinking of filling that spot with Fable II. It has great graphics, story, and gameplay (supposedly).

Here is what I'm using with my allowances ($160 saved up)

Halo 3 Limited Edition- $40
Gears of War Two-Disk edition- $30
Play and charge kit-$20

With tax, I will have about $60 left to spend. So if you guys could search the web for games that look cool, just post them here and I'll look further into them
