I know, Ryan, you want to be something other than warrior, so here's what we can do.

Joey-Druid
Ryan-Priest or Druid

Missing a tank? I think not. See, bear form for druids is the equivalent to a warrior with 1h and shield. So if I go feral spec and Ryan goes restoration, we can have these roles

Luke- Ranged DPS
Joey-Tank/sub-DPS
Ryan- Heals

Now, even though you won't be going leveling spec, you can still be slightly versatile.

Here are the stats we need for each of our roles:
Luke-Intellect (mana) and spirit (health/mana regen)
Joey- Stamina, strength, and intellect
Ryan- Same as luke

Suggested professions-
Enchanter/Jewelcrafter
Skinning/Leatherworking
Herbalism/Alchemy

Enchanter can buff our armor, jewelcrafter can make us awesome extras

Leatherworking would help Ryan and I (we stay in leather forever)

Alchemy for mana/healing potions, along with some good buffs

If you don't mind, could I have H/A? If not I'll take E/J, just not LW please

This is just a suggestion, feel free to criticize

Hmmm, I could go tank if you want. I am good with tank, but then again...
I would like a change of scenery.
JC goes with Mining, ore is WAY too expensive... Skinning and leather working probably isn't worth it.
Enchanting with somethin like Tailoring could help, Tailoring doesn't need anything else I think.
Herbalism and Alchemy is good.

I want to go tank. It'll be nice for the both of us to change it up a little.

Professions sound good.

The Tank (Joey) should be Herbalism and Alchemy
The Healer (me) should be Tailoring and Enchanter
The DPS (Luke) should be Mining and Jewel Crafting

Also, the classes should be these

Luke-(Gnome ?)Warlock-Mining/JC
Joey- Night Elf Druid (Paladin?)-Herbalism/Alchemy
Ryan- Night Elf (Human?) Priest-Enchanting/Tailoring

i thought we were going to stick with horde Ryan.

I'd just like a bit of a change of scenery. I have been playing Horde for a while and I prefer them overall, but I think our classes could do better on the Alliance for this.
